I was a bit shocked by how accurate the colours were, they looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. I’m weirdly excited about it, but seriously, I’m really happy with how it turned out!

The site looks good at first, but finding things was harder than I expected. The menus felt a little clunky—actually, more than a little clunky, and checkout ended up taking way longer than it should have.

I ordered a kids outfit the photos and size details were accurate. The material and color looked like what I saw online, so I was ready to be slightly surprised, actually no, it was pretty much what I expected when it arrived.

The only thing is the fit was a tiny bit smaller than I thought from the description. Not a big deal though, I’m still happy with it overall and would probably buy again

Checking out was quick and easy, with no hassle. It was nice to just pay and be done in a minute.

I found a really cute outfit and was excited about it, but the sizing was such a pain. I ordered the size my kid normally wears, and somehow it was way too small. It feels like the goalposts keep moving with kids’ clothing sizes, you think you know what to order, then nope. Had to send it back, which was annoying. The quality seemed fine, but I definitely don’t trust the size guide anymore.

I got the confirmation email quickly, and at first I was like, okay, nothing special. But then I looked closer and it had my order details and the total laid out clearly, so that was helpful. The tracking info wasn’t there yet, which annoyed me for a second, but overall it was easy to understand and did what it needed to do.

Picked it up during the sale and the discount was actually good. The price came out better than what I saw at other shops, which makes you wonder why they can’t offer deals like that more often. Still, I’m happy with it overall.

Customer service did help me get my order sorted out, so that was good. I was a bit confused at first because it took a while for them to reply, and I wasn’t sure what was going on. But once they got back to me, they were nice and actually helpful

I gave it 4 stars because, in my opinion, the packaging was really well done. Everything arrived neatly packed and nothing was damaged, which is always the main thing I worry about when ordering online. The box itself looked nice too without feeling too fancy or excessive. The only downside for me was that there was a little more wrapping than I expected, so I ended up throwing away more than I would’ve liked. Overall though, I was happy with it.

I ordered this as a gift and it showed up wrapped nicely. Nothing too fancy or overdone, just neat, cute, and put together well. My friend actually commented on how sweet it looked before even opening it, which was nice. I do wish there had been a bit more padding in the box, but overall it made a good impression.

I was really happy with the range of brands at Leo & Bella. They had a few labels I already love, plus some new ones I hadn’t come across before. The whole process was easy and straightforward, and it saved me from having to jump around a bunch of different sites to shop for the kids.

I kind of go by first impressions with stuff like this, and my quick gut check was that the quality is really nice. Nothing felt cheap or off, so I don’t have any complaints...

I ordered an item from Leo & Bella and was hoping the fabric would feel softer. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it had a slightly rough feel, especially after wearing it and washing it.

The fit was fine and delivery was normal, so there weren’t any big problems there. I just care a lot about comfort, and this didn’t really hit the mark for me.
The whole experience also felt a bit impersonal, like there wasn’t really a real person there behind it. I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to order again.

Paying was easy enough, which I liked. I just kind of wish there was more choices for payment, like a few extra options would be nice...

I’m taking one star off because the delivery update was a little slow and had me checking too often, but the service team was genuinely helpful

I tried ordering a few cute things, but it felt like half of them were out of stock. Maybe I was just unlucky, but the site would still show items and then once I clicked on them, they’d be gone. It’s a bit annoying, honestly. I just wish they kept the stock updated a little better.

I’ve washed it a few times now and the material still feels durable. So far, no issues and it seems like it’ll last awhile...

The site itself is fine, but the selection was a bit underwhelming. I expected to find more styles and sizes, but I kept coming across the same type of items over and over. Not the worst experience, but still disappointing.
